Incredibly Fresh and Flavorful!

Met a friend for lunch here on her recommendation and what a great spot. This operates like many quick service restaurants, but the quality and freshness of the products is far above the norm. The restaurant has a Mediterranean influenced menu.
First off, if you plan to eat inside, this is a VERY popular spot for lunch so I would recommend arriving before 11:30am or after 1pm to find a seat inside.
However there are many benches and places to sit outside in the area, so you can always grab your lunch and go.
I went with the Grüben which was grilled turkey, swiss cheese, a really good fresh slaw and mustard on rye. Sounds simple, but man it was really good. For the side I went with braised white beans with rosemary. It was something I’ve never seen before so I had to try it. So good, it’s almost like a white bean soup and the rosemary works so well.
My friend went with some fresh vegetable sides and the tomato bisque soup which I sampled and it was so good. Comes with some pita chips for dipping. I’d probably get another slice or two of bread for dipping too.
I’ll tell you if you are looking for something super fresh, super tasty and priced like many budget quick eats, you owe it to yourself to try Zoe’s. So glad we discovered it and I even found another location even closer!
