Tourist Trap, Decent Food, Good for Fried Fish.

This place is packed every night as ‘the’ place to go for seafood in Palatka. It was recommended by a few of the locals so we stopped by during a recent filming trip.
It’s pretty good but definitely more of a tourist trap than good restaurant. I had the broiled fish and shrimp platter. Both were ok, but really nothing that would bring me back. Shrimp was in the usual butter, but didn’t have much seasoning. The fish was decently done, but I couldn’t tell you what it was seasoned with.
If you’re in the mood for fried fish, this is probably the spot. For broiled or grilled seafood with more flavor, this seemed to be lacking.
I will say the service was super friendly in a very busy restaurant.
