This cruise ship cocktail combines Tequila, Lime, Triple Sec and Creme de Cassis. This is a modified recipe of the Grand Sabor Margarita served onboard Royal Caribbean cruise ships. We replaced Acai Liqueur with Creme de Cassis because that's what we had in the house and it should have a similar flavor profile.
Hence the 'quotes' around the name. If you have Acai Liqueur handy, certainly use that.
1 1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz Creme de Cassis (or Acai Liqueur)
Juice from 1/2 lime
1/2 oz simple syrup
Add ice to a cocktail shaker
Add all ingredients to the shaker
Shake well for at least 10 seconds
Strain into n Margarita glass
